It is simply light reflecting off a droplet of water in the air. Here&#039;s my &#039;proof&#039;-

Blow that image up to original size and you&#039;ll see that the fog causes the same exact &#039;shape&#039; and &#039;texture&#039;.</description>

		<description>&lt;p&gt;While I have no explanation for the feeling that someone was tapping me on the shoulder, I do have a theory on the blue circle. Based on the angle of the circle from the insect at the foreground of the photo, I think that it is simply an odd reflection of the light.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Having said that, I wanted to share this picture with you.&lt;/p&gt;
